on our site and require legal support to formalise the arrangement.

padel court agreement

licence or collaboration agreement
, rather than a lease, and must protect the charity's long-term interests.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on the appropriate legal structure (e.g. licence vs lease)
Draft or review a padel court agreement / Heads of Terms
Ensure protections around safeguarding, access, insurance, termination, and asset ownership
Support alignment with charitable objectives and landlord requirements
Liaise remotely with trustees and project leads as needed
About You
Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or senior legal professional with
property law experience
Experience with licences, commercial property agreements, or charity property matters preferred
Able to work independently and communicate clearly in plain English
Comfortable working
remotely
with a small charity team
