Volunteer Receptionist Opportunity

Are you a young, enthusiastic individual eager to gain hands-on receptionist experience in a fast-growing luxury aesthetics clinic?

Allure Passions UK, led by a well-known celebrity aesthetic practitioner, is seeking a passionate and proactive Volunteer Receptionist to support our start-up team. Specialising in high-end body and skin treatments, we're looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is excited about the beauty and wellness industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls and respond to client emails in a timely, polished manner Manage and update appointment bookings using our digital system Before and after photos for patient's Consent forms ensuring safe record keeping Monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders when needed Prepare treatment rooms ahead of appointments Assist therapists and ensure smooth daily operations Promote and sell treatment packages confidently Maintain a clean, stylish, and welcoming clinic environment Finalise invoices and manage receipts
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an aesthetic or beauty clinic is preferred, but not essential Excellent communication and people skills Organised, reliable, and able to multitask Comfortable using booking systems and managing schedules A strong eye for detail and clinic presentation
No experience? No problem. We're happy to provide training in:

Phone call handling Booking management Email etiquette and stock management
