What are we looking for?
We're looking for Retail Volunteers who can bring smiles and a sprinkle of fun to our charity shops, along with a helpful attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to get stuck in!

Retail experience? Great! No experience? No problem--we'll train you.

What might you be doing?

Chatting with customers, Sorting donations Steaming clothes Pricing treasures Working the till. Basically, keep the shop buzzing and looking great!
What do we need from you?

A friendly attitude and willingness to help customers.

Reliability - committing to the agreed shift and communicating any holidays to allow for cover (or take us with you!) Openness to learning new skills (we'll provide full training). Ability to work with others and follow shop guidelines. A positive approach to keeping the shop tidy and welcoming. Commitment to supporting the hospice's values and mission.
Hours available - We have opportunities across various shop locations, with flexible shifts to suit you.

Most volunteers join us for around 4 hours in the morning or afternoon, Monday to Saturday. Whether you can give one shift a week or more, we'll work with you to find a time and place that fits your schedule.
