Job Overview
As our charity grows we are looking for new members of our team, trustees to steer and guide our charity legally and financially. As a trustee we ask that you donate a few hours per week when required and regular quarterly trustees meetings. We are currently looking at trustees with a proven track record in finance, IT and legal but we will consider applicants who have had a similar role or experience in another field. This may be a suitable role for a retired or semi retired person.
Qualifications
A proven record of experience. References will be required Previous experience in animal care or Finance, IT, Legal is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate attitude towards animals with a commitment to their welfare. Proficiency in using standard office software for documentation and reporting purposes. This role is essential for fostering a culture of compassion towards animals while ensuring their rights are upheld within..
