Volunteer Ward Support Administrator

Job Description

A rare volunteer role has come up supporting our Ward Secretary. We are looking for a friendly, approachable volunteer who can help greet people, answer the phone and support with administration.



You will support us to:

greet visitors to the ward, showing them to patients' rooms (or finding a nurse to speak with them if required); answer the phone in the absence of the Ward Secretary; prepare paperwork and support packs and keep leaflet racks stocked up.

Time available is Thursdays from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
