Location: Hybrid, Covering Leeds, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire.
Salary: 29880 - 38,180
Contract type / hours: Permanent - 37 Hours

About the Role:
To lead the operational delivery of volunteering across the designated area(s), ensuring volunteering models, systems, and culture are embedded and aligned with organisational values. This role focuses on volunteer engagement, workforce development, strategic planning, quality assurance, and partnership building
Key Duties Include:

  • Oversee and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of volunteering across area(s).
  • Assist in developing and embedding volunteering models and best practices within services.
  • Audit volunteering activity against service specifications and contractual requirements. o Achieve agreed performance targets by motivating and supporting employees and volunteers.
  • Contribute to the delivery of strategic volunteering objectives across the area(s).
Please note this role is covering Leeds, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire with the requirement you spend time each week in any of the Leeds hubs.
