Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of community events and programmes. Provide support to staff and other volunteers in daily operations. Engage with participants, offering guidance and encouragement. Help maintain a clean and organised environment during events. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Share ideas for improving our initiatives and outreach efforts.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs. Previous experience in community service or volunteering is an advantage but not essential.
