We are currently looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive our continued success.

Job Overview:



As a Sales Executive at Bells Motor Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering a premium customer experience while selling a wide range of new and used Volvo vehicles. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and engaging potential customers to finalising sales and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities-



Sales and Customer Engagement:



Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and guide customers through the sales process.

Achieving Sales Targets:



Drive your own sales success by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Product Knowledge:



Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with informed decisions, including Volvo's latest models, technology, and specifications.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring an excellent aftersales experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Administrative Duties:



Handle all sales paperwork accurately, including vehicle orders, financing options, and contracts.

Team Collaboration:



Work closely with the wider dealership team, including management and aftersales, to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For-



Sales Experience:



Previous experience in a sales role is essential and I would require a minimum of 2 years sales experience.

Passion for Cars & Customer Service:



A genuine interest in automobiles and a strong desire to offer customers a first-class experience.

Target-Driven:



The ability to work to sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a variety of customers.

Team Player:



The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A base salary of 20,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE UNCAPPED) of 50,000+ giving you the potential to earn a rewarding income based on your success.
