As VP of Growth & Key Accounts, you'll lead a high-performing team to transform small clients into scalable partnerships, drive market expansion, and shape the future of work-life solutions. You'll work closely with Sales Intelligence, Market Insights, and Product teams to turn data into action and strategy into results.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll own growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and client success across the mid-market--making Bright Horizons the go-to partner in the space
