A fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Transaction Banking team at a Tier 1 international bank, taking a pivotal leadership role in Customer Support. You'll shape the customer experience strategy, drive operational excellence, and directly influence the bank's growth across EMEA.
As Vice President of Customer Support within the Transaction Banking division, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality, efficient client support services across EMEA. Your remit will include:

• Leading and developing the Customer Support team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Optimising customer service processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Managing escalations and resolving critical client issues swiftly and professionally
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and IT teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Enhancing customer satisfaction scores and driving initiatives that elevate service standards
• Monitoring KPIs and reporting regularly to senior management
• Ensuring all client communications and documentation adhere to internal policies and compliance requirements
• Supporting deposit growth, retention, and cross?sell initiatives across the Transaction Banking offering
• Working closely with global counterparts to ensure alignment and best?practice sharing
• This role plays a key part in strengthening the bank's Transaction Banking franchise and supporting its ambitious expansion across EMEA.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5-10 years' experience in customer support within financial services, ideally transaction banking
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem?solving capabilities
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience delivering process improvements in a fast-paced, client?centric environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven performance management
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across business areas
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
