  • You are personable and pragmatic
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve had a relevant set of skills and experiences for at least 5 years that have prepared you for this role. Perhaps you\xe2\x80\x99ve led the vision and roll out of a successful game title. Perhaps you started your career in one of the big tech consultancies. Maybe you already made the move to start-ups/scale ups. You probably have experience in business analysis and/or Product Owner roles.
  • You are comfortable with high levels of complexity - you enjoy the mental gymnastics of getting your head around multi-dimensional problems
  • You are a gifted communicator and connector of people, you have a real strength in building relationships both within the team and in the wider business
  • You are a curious mind - you love figuring out how things work and, if they are broken, what to do to fix them
  • You are proactive and not easily phased by complexity, uncertainty or the fast pace of a scale up environment. You get the job done.
  • You are a team player - you may have a job title but you\xe2\x80\x99re always willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever help is needed

What you will be doing:
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with a close knit, high performing team on a variety of areas, with an initial focus on our VR Platform.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be using your requirements gathering skills to analyse and document the requirements for a complex and growing platform
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be writing using stories, and having refinement sessions with the Dev Team
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be the bridge both within and outside of the team to ensure information and communication flows with ease and accuracy across the Product team
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure the solution developed by the team aligns with the business requirements and that it delivers value
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll use your agile experience to define and prioritise backlogs for the team and you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the team to enable them to meet their priorities in a time effective way
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll likely lead on some of the scrum/agile ceremonies as needed
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll manage stakeholders\' expectations across the company and ensure that the platform stays aligned to the business\'s needs and goals.
Essential
  • Minimum 5+ years in tech, games, or consulting
  • Good experience in technical delivery, agile and scrum
  • Proficient using Atlassian Products, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in delivering products for one or more of:
    • Games
    • VR/AR/XR
    • SAAS (B2B)
    • Healthcare
    • Healthcare Education

Desirable:
  • Experience developing or supporting development of applications in Unity or Unreal
  • Consciousness of UX
  • Awareness of art or animation production
