Snatch & Glow is a fast-growing aesthetics clinic and accredited training academy offering high-quality aesthetic education across multiple levels, including Level 4, 5, and Level 7 programmes. We are known for delivering safe, modern, and industry-leading training in injectables, skin boosters, and advanced aesthetic techniques.

We are expanding our education team and are looking for a VTCT Level 7 qualified Aesthetics Tutor to join us.

Role Overview

As a Level 7 Tutor, you will deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training to learners undertaking the VTCT Level 7 qualification in aesthetic injectable treatments. You will support students through their learning journey, assess their work, provide feedback, and ensure all training meets VTCT and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom, clinical and hands-on training for Level 7 learners Provide ongoing support, feedback, and mentorship Mark assessments, portfolios and CPD documentation Ensure all training meets VTCT requirements and industry regulations Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation Demonstrate and supervise injectable treatments safely and professionally Participate in standardisation meetings and continuous improvement activity Maintain up-to-date CPD and clinical practice in aesthetics

Essential Requirements

? Valid Level 7 Aesthetics qualification in injectables OR evidence of current clinical practice with commitment to complete Level 7 within 18 months
? Teaching qualification:

Level 5 Certificate in Education (or equivalent)
? Valid Level 3 Basic Life Support & Anaphylaxis certificate
? 30 hours of CPD within the last 12 months
? Strong understanding of aesthetic safety, anatomy & best practice
? Confident teaching both theory and hands-on injectables
? Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable (Not Essential):

Experience working in a VTCT, Qualifi, or CPD training academy Experience assessing portfolios or marking written assignments Current clinical insurance to practice injectables
