Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. This position requires a strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Manage multiple tables effectively while maintaining excellent time management skills. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and maintain communication during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong guest service skills with a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to follow health regulations in the kitchen environment. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.

Pay: 11.44-17.70 per hour
