Summary

As Waiter and Floor Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Reporting to the Management, your core skills in serving and customer service will be vital as you take orders, serve drinks, and assist with food delivery. Your premium skills in catering will enhance our guests' experience, while your relevant experience in food safety and barista duties will ensure compliance with health standards. Join our team to create memorable moments for our customers in a vibrant and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness in the bar and dining areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Handle cash and process transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in serving and hospitality roles Strong catering skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Background in food preparation and safety practices Previous restaurant experience preferred Barista experience is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Pay: 7.50-12.50 per hour
