We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Previous restaurant or culinary experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly Upsell menu items and specials to maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for guest service is key Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Kitchen or culinary experience is a bonus but not mandatory Time management skills to ensure timely service delivery A professional appearance and positive attitude towards team members and guests
