Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic part time waiter (8-12hrs) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders. Serve food, coffee, wine and cocktails promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service. Help with FOH dishes when required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Handle payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent guest services.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is essential, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. Basic bar skills/ serving alcohol responsibly and coffee making experience essential. Basic math skills are required for processing payments and managing tabs effectively. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike. A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance the overall guest experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Join us in delivering outstanding service that keeps our guests coming back for more!
