We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our busy hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a solid background in restaurant service. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining presentation standards Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and dietary options Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during service and food preparation Clear tables efficiently and assist with setting up for new guests Handle guest requests courteously and resolve any issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Assist in basic food preparation when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Basic maths skills for billing and order processing Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen procedures is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to upsell menu items effectively to maximise sales opportunities Good organisational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the service area Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
