Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance with menu selections. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout the shift. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Experience in serving or guest services will be an advantage. Basic kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy service periods. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
