The Role
As a Waiter, you will:
Deliver elegant, intuitive, and high-touch service tailored to members and guests.
Build genuine rapport with regulars and VIPs, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations.
Own your section confidently and contribute to the overall rhythm of the floor.
Maintain a strong presence during service while remaining composed and detail-focused.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, including menu pairings and specials.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

You will have:
Previous experience in high-end hospitality or private members' clubs.
A genuine passion for people and exceptional guest service.
Confidence, warmth, and excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and service standards.
A team-oriented, professional attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver five-star service and create memorable experiences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs with warmth and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all service areas.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Work collaboratively with the F&B team to deliver exceptional results.
