ABOUT THE ROLE


In the role of Waiter, your key focus will be to:

welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner provide prompt, friendly and efficient service be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu support the team in delivering an excellent experience for guests be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of our guests and bar team be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to demonstrate your passion in The Wigmore and surprise and delight our guests be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately

ABOUT YOU

excellent customer service skills previous experience in a similar environment flair, passion and a conscientious attitude confidence, professionalism and engaging personality ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests excellent attention to detail clear conversational English
