Our menu is largely, refined sugar-free and mostly gluten-free, with fresh fish free-range egg and meat options.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a serving role. Love and passion for wellbeing and health. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A passion for culinary experiences and willingness to learn more about menu items.
