Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed and attended to, while efficiently managing their orders and requests.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfilment. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling payments and processing transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role. Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
