Our Eve restaurant is our Italian restaurant where exceptional, profesional and anticipatory service is met with warm hopsitality that amplifies our authentic Italian food and drinks offering.



Eve is not just a restaurant - we host regular pasta masterclasses as well as wine and cheese pairing classes alongside a variety of regular events.



At Eve Edinburgh, no two days are the same, so adapability is key to success in this role.

What exactly you will be doing...


Learn and retain food beverage menu knowledge Take and deliver food and beverage orders Use your menu knowledge to make reccomendations Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc. Clear tables, carry plates to dishwashing area The waiter must execute fabulous guest service and warm hospitality Prepare basic, non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, water, iced tea, etc. Enthusiastically describe details of food dishes and beverages at time of delivery to guests Be a team player!

Background must-have:

Current right to work in The United Kingdom High school or equivalent education required. Preferred: 1-2 years' experience as a waiter/waitress in a full service hospitality establishment
