Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items and specials to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and restaurant operations
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
