We are looking for a

Waiter

to join our family. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Restaurant Manager.

Location: The Montague on the Gardens, Bloomsbury

The Montague on the Gardens Hotel part of the Red Carnation Hotels, is a four star deluxe hotel located in the heart of London's elegant Bloomsbury. This Georgian townhouse features 100 individually designed bedrooms and suites, a Leopard Bar, the Blue Door Bistro restaurant, a wood deck terrace and several function rooms. It is famous for al-fresco dining, including an alpine themed Ski Lodge in the winter and a Hawaiian Beach Bar in the summer.

Key Responsibilities of a

Waiter:



Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff. Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions. Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period. Engage with guests and provide attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable. Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.



What are we looking for?



Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude. A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met. Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team. Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
