An award-winning Indian restaurant, with 4 branches between Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool. We are looking for an experienced Waiter/waitress Part time to join us here at Indian Tiffin Room, Leeds. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, creative, and hard-working with a real flair and passion for serving high-quality food and drinks in a fast-paced and fun environment. Part-time positions available with an immediate start.

Our perfect candidate will:

Have experience in a similar role in a bar/restaurant/hotel working as part of a fast-paced team. Have exceptional customer service skills with a helpful and friendly can-do attitude. Always be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of our customers. Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills. Be fun-loving, have a positive personality, and enjoy the culture that this industry offers. Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and be fluent in English. Must be available to work evenings & weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take and accurately process customer orders, utilizing basic math skills for billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and standards while serving food and beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
