We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens, to assist guests effectively. Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling drinks, and clearing plates as necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing purposes. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well within a team setting. Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour
