The Banc is a unique hidden gem located in Tottenham, North London. Located 15 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line) and Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) The Banc has been established since 2011, serving steaks/burgers and mediterranean food with an outdoor lounge also serving food, beverages and shisha.
The Waiter / Waitress / Wait Staff Role:

Our restaurant offers premium dining and a lively atmosphere, demanding the highest level of service in a busy environment. Successful candidates will have good food and wine knowledge, be passionate about service, and strive for excellence. We are looking for friendly, hard-working team-players with excellent communication skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations. Previous experience is essential (2 years +)
Role and Duties of the Waiter / Waitress / Wait Staff include:

Be passionate about hospitality Deal with busy service pressure Have excellent communication skills Greet customers, present menus and explain allergen/gluten options to customers Answer questions related to menu items Take food and beverage orders from customers Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and clean tables after customers finish meals Clean and set up dining areas, refill condiments, roll napkins , and stock service areas.
