We are looking for a warm and personable Waiter / Waitress to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional El Pastor team in the heart of Soho, London

El Pastor Soho Inspired by the nightclub our founders ran in the 90\xe2\x80\x99s and 00\xe2\x80\x99s in Mexico City, El Pastor Soho will have a music program with Latin American and electronica music and d\xc3\xa9cor will feel like old parts of downtown Mexico City. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heirloom corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. This ethos will be felt by our teams, as in our current El Pastor restaurants, they understand the journey of the ingredients and how important they are to the dishes they serve. We are looking for a large vibrant team to create a big-fun warm energy.
The Waiter or Waitress Role
- Experience in a Waiter or Waitress role in a high-quality restaurant in London
- Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of our menus, brand, care, and service to maximise our guest journey
- A kind, warm and positive attitude
- Strong communication & team motivator
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
- Strong team ethic always showing respect and empathy for your colleagues
- A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own career development is a must
