Nestled on St Andrews Square, in the heart of the New Town in the city centre, just a stone's throw from Princes Street and a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. The design of the hotel took inspiration from nearby Rose and Thistle Streets to create a lavish garden of texture, light and style. Edinburgh is Scotland's compact, hilly capital. It has a medieval Old Town and elegant Georgian New Town with gardens and neoclassical buildings. Looming over the city is Edinburgh Castle, home to Scotland's crown jewels and the Stone of Destiny, used in the coronation of Scottish rulers. Arthur's Seat is an imposing peak in Holyrood Park with sweeping views, and Calton Hill is topped with monuments and memorials.

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
