We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring food safety, and assisting in food preparation while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a must. Familiarity with basic maths for handling transactions is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. A passion for culinary arts and providing excellent customer service is essential. Need to work every weekend as well as flexibility for in the week shifts.
