About The Feathers

The Feathers is a beautifully restored luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Woodstock, Oxfordshire, just moments from Blenheim Palace. Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, the hotel now features stunning dining spaces including The Nest restaurant, the Aviary indoor-outdoor terrace, and our beautifully designed bar, home to gorgeous cocktails, curated wines, and relaxed, elegant service.

Our friendly and professional Food & Beverage team and chef team led by Head Chef Luke Rawicki, are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional food, drinks, and genuine hospitality.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable Waiter / Waitress to join our amazing F&B team. You'll deliver warm, attentive service across our luxurious restaurant, bar, and terrace, helping us make every guest feel welcome. With the Christmas season approaching, it's an exciting time to be part of the buzz at The Feathers.

This is a casual contract, with 20-30 hours per week typically available, and you will need to be available to work evenings, weekends, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional, friendly service to guests in our restaurant and bar. Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience. Support the team with bar service and preparation of drinks when needed. Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in all F&B areas. Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in quality hospitality, bar, or restaurant settings is preferred, but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn. A genuine passion for great food, drinks, and guest experience. A positive, reliable, and flexible approach, especially during busy festive periods. Confidence working as part of a small, friendly team. Availability to work weekends, evenings, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
