, a well-established restaurant known for its quality food and warm hospitality. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service Take accurate food and beverage orders in person and via telephone Handle collection and delivery orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and clear communication Use POS systems to input orders, process payments, and manage bills Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or concerns Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and front-of-house areas throughout shifts Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times Assist with basic food preparation or packing orders when required Manage time effectively during busy service periods Work closely with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure smooth service flow

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong phone manner with confidence taking orders clearly and accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills Knowledge of food safety standards and service procedures Experience with upselling and promoting menu items is an advantage
