Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining a balanced till. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the bar environment.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Experience in food preparation within a restaurant setting is advantageous. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently. Knowledge of culinary practices related to beverage preparation is beneficial. Proven upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain high hygiene standards in the kitchen and bar areas.

Pay: From 12.30 per hour
