Waiter / Waitress

to join our vibrant dining team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is a multi-award-winning destination where wellbeing and hospitality go hand in hand - and our food service team plays a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Main Duties

(Full Training Provided)
Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arrive. Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and care. Ensuring dining areas are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented at all times. Working closely with a team of 70+ dedicated colleagues to deliver seamless, five-star service. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during busy service periods.

Requirements & Skills

A friendly, approachable nature with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic. A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn - no previous experience needed! Reliability, punctuality, and a positive approach to work and colleagues.

Hours of Work:

9 hours per week - worked across a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Weekday evening shifts between 17.30-22.00. Weekend lunch or dinner shifts between 11.30-15.00 or 17.30-22.00.

Age 16-17 8.45 Age 18-20 10.05 Age 21+ 12.26
