We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner Provide attentive guest service, addressing any special requests or concerns Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm for delivering excellent guest experiences is key Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills preferred Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to interact confidently with guests and team members Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required
