The Bull Inn Bisham, set in the idyllic Bisham Village just outside Marlow is looking for an experienced Waiter/Head Waiter to join our team. The Bull Inn enjoys a strong standing and reputation having been established and run by the same family for over 30 years.

The Waiter/Head Waiter will liaise directly with senior management, making sure guest's and employee's satisfaction is achieved. The FOH Management team will be in charge of managing and maintaining strategy, policies, procedures, guests, staff, and purveyors in attaining specified goals and sales growth.

Your Requirements:

As a Restaurant Manager we would love you to have:

- At least 3 years of Food and Beverage experience in a related field,
- Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment,
- Customer focus- demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Effective communication skills and assist other departments at all levels when necessary
- Willingness to undertake any other duties as and when required by Senior Management
