We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service, with a passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using POS systems. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Assist with hosting duties as needed, ensuring smooth guest flow during busy periods.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience in the food industry, including fine dining experience preferred. Friendly personality, fun loving, customer focused with attention to details. Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, including serving, bussing, or host/host roles.

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
