We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensure a memorable dining experience, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hospitality skills within the L2 restaurant/food point, providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Flexibility with ours to also help with students/family life. we host many events and job roles are posted in advance for team members to make themselves available for.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the guest's visit. Assist in setting up tables, ensuring cleanliness and organisation before and after service. work as part of a team and help in all areas Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, cutlery, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly. Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards at all times.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service, with a strong understanding of guest service principles - is helpful Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Ability to enhance guest experience and sales. Culinary or restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for hospitality is key. A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards guest services. Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
