Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and promptly addressing any concerns Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts Follow food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as required Manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods with excellent time management skills Process payments accurately using the POS system

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing purposes Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Basic understanding of culinary concepts and menu items to assist guests confidently Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed A proactive attitude towards upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales performance

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
