Floor Team Member

Full-time & Part-time

Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service to a wide range of guests
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Assist with food preparation and culinary tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
- Provide exceptional guest services to create a positive dining experience

Experience:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
