We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when appropriate Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Ensure all health and safety standards, including food safety protocols, are adhered to at all times Assist with food preparation and organisation in the kitchen as needed Manage multiple tables effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure prompt service Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area Handle guest enquiries courteously, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver seamless service

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation techniques Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing and order processing Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not essential Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
