We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus in a courteous manner Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing genuine recommendations Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Handle payments accurately using the POS system and provide correct change or receipts Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues efficiently Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Basic maths skills for processing payments accurately Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is beneficial but not essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales performance Culinary or hospitality qualifications are a plus but not required
