Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our team at Doci Visi. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your ability to engage with customers, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all details are noted for the kitchen. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and bar areas, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous for maintaining health standards. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and collected. A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about menu items can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week
