Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.


Take orders accurately, offer recommendations, and confidently communicate menu items, allergens, and specials.


Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally, following company service standards.


Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented section throughout service, including table resets and floor checks.


Work closely with the FOH, Kitchen & Sales teams to ensure a top-notch customer journey from start to finish


Ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently and any issues are resolved or escalated to management when needed.


Support the wider team during busy periods, helping run food, clear tables, and assist colleagues as required.


Follow all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations in line with company procedures.


Represent the brand with a positive attitude, great communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
