Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served. Process payments accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary procedures is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others as part of a team. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Base Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
