Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times. Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary experience is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Ability to provide exceptional guest services with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling. A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
