Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in our new restaurant in London Liverpool Street. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation when necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner Assist in the preparation of food items as needed Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
