WILDFIRE is a small but well establised independent bistro since 2002, specialising in the finest Aberdeen Angus Steaks, fresh sea food and local produce.

We are now looking for an experienced Full time waiter/waitress with supervisory experience for our front of house team who will be part of the small team.

Ideal Candidate should-

- Taking orders with up selling skills, serving food, clearing tables and cleaning before and after the shift

- Stocking, organising stocks, some management roles, cash up at the end of shift

- Must have at least 1 year experience in any restaurant service within the UK

- full flexibility of availability and be able to do some shifts on own in a busy & fast pace environment.

-Dealing with customers queries in a professional manner

Availability: Must be available throughout December and most weekends. Also must be available throughout festive period & 31st of december.

Salary: 12.25 per hour (Salary strickly depends on the individuals previous experiences and Age (Age below 21 will be lower than 12.25) AVAILABILITY INCLUDING WEEKENDS
