Waiter/Waitress - "Front of House" staff

We seek part time or full time waiter/waitress to join this quality 4 star hotel in Forres. The position entails welcoming guests for breakfast, lunch or dinner or function, taking orders, delivering quality meals, bar work and occasional set up for functions. You should have ideally up to one year's experience in a front of house role and/or bar work too. We are looking for a confident, happy manner, smile and a positive self-image with heaps of common sense. Personality and charisma will count more than experience. Till work and cash handling would be hugely desirable but training will be provided if not. We can offer a mix of 3 / 4 shifts like breakfasts, evenings and weekends. In the summer, we operate an extremely successful coach lunch programme in addition. To apply, send a cv outlining experience and qualifications. Would suit a second income earner and opportunity exists to boost hours in doing other jobs around the hotel.
